Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Hat

  Place the unworn hat in its original packaging, ensuring the brim is protected and all tags remain attached to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
